This gourmet restaurant (Γευσοκράτορας) is arguably the most upscale in Thessaly. Housed in a former bakery-grocery, it's run by Antonis Tsolakoudis, a Thessaloniki-trained Greek from Australia married to a Frenchwoman. His inspired seasonal creations include giblets with roasted pear, caramelized mushrooms with Parmesan, fillet of beef in wine on crisp vegetables, goat's milk ice cream... Terrace, homemade braided bread, fine wine list and professional staff. Reservations recommended.
