LULUS TAVERNA

The Lulus or Kalamara tavern is one of the oldest on the island of Hydra. Located on the central road leading to the village of Kala Pigadia, it is distinguished by its two huge ficus trees planted in the middle of the small esplanade in front of the establishment, which provide welcome coolness during the hottest hours. The menu, typical of a Greek tavern, is varied and changes with the seasons. Dishes prepared daily from the finest ingredients, simmered with vegetables, meat and fish, salads, dishes and juicy grilled meats.
