KLIMIS HOTEL

Η υποδοχή στο χώρο ήταν μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη! Ο κ. Κλήμης αλλά και η κοπέλα της ρεσεψιόν συμπαθέστατοι και ευγενικοί! Το δωμάτιο αν και δεν ήταν μεγάλο ήταν χαρούμενο και αντανακλούσε φως και καθαρό αέρα από τη θάλασσα! Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εκπληκτική και η παραλία δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο θαυμάσια!
Μειονέκτημα και δυσάρεστη έκπληξη για μένα: το πρωινό! Ούτε λίγα δημητριακά με γάλα ούτε ένα βουτηματάκι για τον καφέ (και για τον καφέ ζήτησα το γάλα...)
Ωστόσο δεν μπόρεσε να μου μειώσει τη χαρά της διαμονής στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό..αγόρασα αλλού πρωινό :)

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία!Τα δωμάτια καθαρά, το προσωπικό μας κατασκλαβωσε.Καθε μέρα μας έφερναν το πρωινό στο δωμάτιο. Όλοι ευγενεστατοι κ χαμογελαστοί. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!????

Ein sehr sauberes, modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon sind einmalig. Wir kommen bald wieder!

Ομορφο ξενοδοχειο μεσα στην πολη των Σπετσων και μπροστα στη θαλασσα.Μοντερνα συγχρονα και καθαρα δωματια κ μπανια.Οχι τιποτα ιδιαιτερο το πρωινο και νορμαλ τιμες.Ουτε ακριβο ουτε και ιδιαιτερα οικονομικο.

I recently stayed at Klimis Hotel in Spetses over the weekend and had a mixed experience. While the hotel boasts a great view from the room, close proximity to downtown and the harbor, as well as renovated rooms, there were some significant downsides that affected our overall stay.

Unfortunately, during our visit, there was a local water problem in the neighborhood on the island. This issue led to low water pressure, resulting in no warm water during the night. To make matters worse, we were not informed about this problem beforehand, leaving us unprepared and caught off guard. In an effort to find a solution, we had to walk a kilometer to a different part of town to use our friends' shower, which was not as affected by the water problem. It's important to note that this was not solely the hotel's fault, as it was a regional issue affecting the local area.

However, what disappointed us the most was the way the hotel staff handled the situation. They were unable to offer any immediate solutions, and if it weren't for our friends staying elsewhere, we would have been unable to shower at all. Additionally, the following morning, due to the previous night's ordeal, we overslept and arrived at breakfast 20 minutes late. Despite the circumstances, the staff refused to accommodate our needs or make an exception, even charging us for a coffee that would have been complimentary just 20 minutes earlier.

Considering my regular visits to this hotel in previous years, this experience has left a bitter taste. The lack of communication and the staff's unwillingness to provide reasonable assistance in light of the water issue and our subsequent lateness for breakfast has significantly impacted my opinion of the hotel. Regrettably, I will not be choosing Klimis Hotel for my future stays in Spetses.
