A family hotel if ever there was one, knowing that you will probably be welcomed by Klimis himself, the son of the family, who gave his name to the establishment. The hotel is built on top of a pleasant tea room managed by his father. This is where you will have excellent breakfasts, unless you prefer to be served in your room. With 19 rooms, the establishment offers the luxury of being attentive to everyone. The rooms, elegant and spacious, are well located on the port and half of them have a sea view.

Καθαρό,πολύ όμορφο και cozy δωμάτιο. Ευγενέστατη προσωπικό. Πολύ ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα. Θα ξαναπήγαινα.

Very nice hotel in a strategic location
We stayed 3 days in the hotel and we will come back again for some weekend in Spetses. The room was small, but cozy and comfortable, nicely decorated with fantastic view. It was daily cleaned and towels changed. The continental breakfast was good for our taste. It included fresh orange juice, filter coffee, yogurt with fresh fruits, spinach or cheese pies, croissants, etc. In a rainy day it was nice to stay in the hotel’s cafe, the staff was always friendly and helpful.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Επίσης είναι ανακαινισμένο και περιποιημένο. Τα 3 αστέρια αστέρια τα βάζω γιατί μπορεί το δωμάτιο που έμενα εγώ και η οικογένειά μου να ήταν δίχωρο και όμορφο αλλά το πάτωμα ήταν αρκετά βρομικο και αυτό το καταλάβαμε γιατί βγάλαμε τα παπούτσια μας ώστε να μην λερώσουμε κάτω και γίνανε οι κάλτσες μας μαύρες σε 3 λεπτά. Επίσης για το πρωινό ρε παιδιά στα 160 ευρώ την βραδιά δεν αρκούν 2 φέτες ψωμί, 1 κρουασανακι και 2 κουταλιές γιαούρτι. Συνοδεύονταν από χυμό πορτοκάλι. Πιστεύω ότι έστω μια ομελέτα έτσι για αλμυρό θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει. Στα συν το άψογο προσωπικό .

Ευγένεια! Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Καθαριότητα! Το klimis hotel ειναι ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο σε ιδανική τοποθεσία! Είναι σίγουρο πως θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!
Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο, καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η θέα ήταν καταπληκτική !!!!
