In the Fall of 2022, my friend and I, along with our husbands, decided we wanted to go to Greece for two weeks in June, 2023. I joined a Facebook group called Greek Islands where travellers from all over the world share their knowledge and experiences of travels to Greece. Out of that came a wealth of suggestions for our trip, the first being that we should use a Greek travel agency to help us plan an itinerary. We live in Canada. The idea of using a travel agent in another country was a bit daunting. But I reached out to Aegean Travel Thesaurus the next day. Tina was our travel agent. An amazing relationship began and lasted several months with this incredible person I have never met! The customer service I experienced with her was exceptional, second to none. I can honestly say that in my 62 years, I have never had customer service like that. She was knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, patient, and always professional. I sent countless emails with questions and queries and changed my mind several times. The next day (7 hours time difference) I would receive an email from Tina answering every single one of my questions and with the addition of maps, ferry times, and additional information that she thought would be useful. Many times I asked her opinion and I was grateful for her input. We had a fantastic trip and every single detail Tina planned for us was perfect! I highly recommend this travel agency.
