I fell in love with this restaurant, which is practically a gastro. The dishes are Sifniote-inspired, but the aim here is not to repeat the classics. With the help of his team, Alexandros tries to reinvent and ultimately create the future of a traditional cuisine lacking in inventiveness. Try the eggplant salad with pomegranate seeds and feta, or the savory cheesecake. The produce is fresh and of good quality, since Alexandros' father grows it on his farm. He also organizes tasting tours.

Très belle démarche (produits locaux et parfaitement tracés) et cuisine inventive, raffinée et délicieuse. Une très bonne adresse pour bien manger, dans un cadre agréable et non guindé.
