This is probably one of the oldest establishments on Sifnos, open since 1979. And nothing could be more traditional than this restaurant on the beach, with its old wooden tables and red and white checkered tablecloths. It's also a place where Sifnian culinary tradition reigns, with meats raised and vegetables grown on the surrounding farms, wood-oven cooking, and recipes respected from generation to generation. Friendly, courteous service, well-placed tables, almost with their feet in the water. And reasonably priced dishes.
