The large bay of Paliochori (Παλαιοχώρι) is accessible via the main road from Zefyria: you'll have no trouble getting there by car or bus. It's certainly the island's busiest beach; with its kilometers of coarse sand and multicolored pebbles, clear waters and infinite view of the horizon, this is where most beach establishments like beach bars, water sports activities, sunbeds/parasols are located. Overlooking the beach, you'll also find mini-markets and tavernas.
