The restaurant's colourful tables are spread out in a courtyard on the Steno, in the heart of Apollonia. We come here to taste a modern menu by chef Nicolas Neroutsos, which features local and seasonal ingredients. Mediterranean influences are there, but sometimes mixed with flavours from elsewhere, in an effort of creativity and inventiveness. Try his juicy hamburgers with mashed potatoes and caramelized leeks. A good address that goes beyond the classics of Greek cuisine.
