It is the oldest restaurant on the island, it has been run by a family for more than twenty years. I Pounta, Pounta, Pounda, I Pouda ... its name is distorted in the mouths of locals and tourists alike, but it's there. It comes from Spanish and means "the cape". The restaurant is located on the first small square of the village, nestled in the heart of flowers and trees. The food is hearty and the products are fresh and some dishes are close to perfection. A very good wine is served in a pitcher, in a ceramic made by the owner.
