Manos has worked for several years alongside a renowned Athenian bartender and has retained from this experience many signature cocktails that, I promise, will not fail to surprise you. The "Mastic Submarine" is undoubtedly the most successful, combining to perfection Mastiha (a traditional alcohol from the island of Chios), gin, fig jam with vanilla and a homemade lemonade.
