The owners of Alitanes Villas opened one of the best restaurants on the island when Anna, Andreas' wife, decided to leave finance to go into the gastronomic business. She buys fresh and quality products from the best local suppliers: veal from Naxos, fava from Santorini and Schinoussa, cheese and rooster from Folegandros. Try her sea bass ceviche with lime and fruit. If more traditional dishes are also on the menu, opt instead for Anna's unique proposals that you won't find elsewhere on the island.
