After the now famous Cavo d'Oro on Paros, opened in 1980, here's Adonis Vassilas' new restaurant in the beautiful village of Filoti, this time on Naxos. On the menu, tasty Greek and Italian cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. Wood-fired pizza (available in five sizes!), fresh pasta, salads, mezzes, grilled meats, seafood and traditional Greek dishes. As in Paros, the bread is excellent and homemade. Ouzo or ice cream offered to Petit Futé readers, just ask!
