After graduating from the Chamalières high school, Géraldine Laubrières worked alongside great chefs. Back in Auvergne, she took over from her parents and fully expressed her talents. Her à la carte dishes are meticulously prepared. Awarded a Bib Gourmand, she favors fresh market and seasonal products and changes her menu every six weeks. The decoration has been designed to enhance the experience. The cooking and textures are delightful. The wine list and the cheese platter do justice to the Auvergne.

A warm welcome, smiling. Equally snack with an emulsion parsley and chips butternut (marrow species) is delicate and delicious; the rest of the menu (stew shells and lobster, back bar, fillet of Salers and blown with grand marnier) is a succession of taste happinesses. In an unadorned setting. one spent a good time.
