THE EGG HUNT
For the Easter weekend, we're revisiting our classic Egg Hunt. Children will set off to discover Eugène Renaux, an emblematic figure who achieved a real feat on the summit of the Puy de Dôme. With chocolates to match!Designed on the principle of an orienteering race, punctuated by games and riddles, visitors follow a trail on their own.

Treasure hunt: "The Secret of the Dome

Le Secret du Dôme is a family treasure hunt on the summit of the puy de Dôme! This fun and original trail will enable you to learn more about the history of the puy de Dôme, this atypical volcano and emblem of the département. It's aimed at families, with an accessible level for ages 6 and up. Some puzzles are more difficult than others, so parents can join in too. It lasts around 1h30 (including the time it takes to get off the train) over a distance of 1.3 km. Stroller and PRM access. Fully stroller-accessible, but with a staircase to descend for the orange riddle. For PRMs, there's a second path to avoid the stairs, which will make the hunt a little longer.
Yoga at the summit of Puy-de-Dôme
Sundays from July to early September at the summit of the Puy de Dôme. For 45 minutes, we offer a succession of postures, breathing techniques and a time dedicated to meditation. Sessions take place outdoors, with sound equipment. Free sessions for teenagers and adults, without reservation. More info on the website.

Le personnel d'accueil est très sympathique et arrangeant.
La montée est lente mais permet de profiter du paysage qui est magnifique ... quand c'est dégagé. C'est un moyen de transport agréable et silencieux.
En hiver ne pas y aller trop tôt car les expositions n'ouvrent qu'à partir de 10h.
Le Puy de Dôme est un site merveilleux mais il est réellement très joli également sous la neige.
Seul bémol, dommage que le prix soit si élevé.
