This century-old bakery perpetuates tradition with breads and viennoiseries baked over a wood fire. Valentin, master craftsman representing the fourth generation of the Lastique family, sublimates products such as bread made with organic Chadrat flour, rye bread or the "tordu", to be discovered at the end of the day. Behind the shop window, pastries such as the lemon meringue éclair also delight gourmets. Camille, always smiling, is on hand to welcome customers. The bakery is also located in Royat. During the festive season, it's best to order in advance.
