Nous commençons par un accueil téléphonique agréable. Nous arrivons à Orcival, le restaurant est situé juste après la Basilique, en haut à gauche. La façade en pierre foncée donne le ton local. Accueil physique avenant, nous montons à l'étage pour nous installer dans une pièce claire. Ensuite, le régal. Pâté chaud à la viande et éclats de foie gras délicieux, pounti moelleux, pied de porc gratiné à la moutarde de Charroux savoureux, omble chevalier goûteux. Nous finissons sur l'imposante et exquise pompe aux pommes. Le tout accompagné par un nectar de chez Charmensat et une ambiance décontracté. Un bon moment que nous souhaitons revivre et partager avec nos amis.

Fondue de St nectaire inoubliable, tout comme la truffade auvergnate, quand à l’entrecôte une viande de grande qualité.

On a déjeuné au Cantou. Leur cuisine était un pur délice. J'ai adoré!!
Pounti, truffade excel very yellow-brown, slippery by and very substantial (My husband rugby player with of the mall to end!) salad is completed by its vinaigrette house, very good. The charcuterie accompaniment is very good too. The cheese plate of the country with good bread Er!
My 6 year old son eat its first Aligot, it was enjoy, the dish was nickel!
Only one small drawback no tart blueberry but if you are nice you will direct you to a making best tart area.
Super reception, very charming hotel.
