Restaurant with a cosy atmosphere and gastronomic cuisine that highlights seasonal and regional products.
Sébastien Bony, farmer and producer of Saint-Nectaire, had the bright idea of reviving La Pachade, which had been closed for three years. Ideally placed, the restaurant offers a view of the basilica from its terrace, which is much appreciated in fine weather. Architect Hervé Porte created a cosy, hushed atmosphere. In the kitchen, chef Philippe Rostang has been at work since November 2023. His gourmet cuisine showcases seasonal and local produce. His bold, creative flavors enliven our plates from appetizer to dessert.

Nous n'avions pas réservé et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous prendre avec l'accord de la cuisine (chose rare de demander en cuisine...) le service est très agréable. Merci pour la soirée. Je recommande
