Office to guide you in your activities in the western part of the Chaîne des Puys and in the Sancy Massif.
The tourist office will help you with your cultural and sporting activities, and your stay in the western part of the Chaîne des Puys and the Sancy massif. The entire team will guide you through the many activities on offer: hikes, farm visits, free virtual tour of the basilica... Exhibitions by local artists are also on offer. During the school vacations, three other sites are open: La Tour d'Auvergne, Tauves and the Centre Montagnard Cap Guéry.

July-August: 7/7: 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm. May, June and Sept: 7/7 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:30pm. Christmas and February vacations: Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm and 2pm-5pm All Saints' and Easter vacations: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:30pm. Ticket office for Musicales d'Orcival concerts. Store. Exhibition. Free loan of a tablet for a virtual tour of the basilica.

27 villages with character, in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park (Orcival, La Tour d'Auvergne), unforgettable landscapes forged by the elements (Servières and Guéry lakes, Tuilière and Sanadoire rocks, Guéry plateau, La Tour d'Auvergne village and waterfalls, etc.), unique sites, some of which have been recognised by Unesco (Chaîne des Puys / Limagne Fault) spectacular itineraries (GR30, Grande Traversée du Massif Central à VTT), unusual activities (gold panning, ice fishing, paragliding), a quality bathing site (La Tour d'Auvergne lake, Blue Flag), architectural buildings known throughout the Auvergne (Notre Dame d'Orcival Basilica), a production area for the 5 Auvergne AOP cheeses.
As for snow, the Nordic areas of Le Guéry (Centre Montagnard Cap Guéry) and La Stèle offer a network of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, accessible to all, in sumptuous scenery, worthy of an Auvergne Lapland!
