Formerly a silk workshop in the 19th century before sericulture collapsed in Andros, the historic building was transformed into a luxury hotel in 1936. Magnificently restored since then, the complex offers a blend of history and modernity, with sleek interiors and contemporary design in perfect taste. Breakfast is also wonderful, and service impeccable.
