Renovated monastery with interesting architecture housing a small museum.
It's well worth a visit. The monastery of Panagia Tourliani (Παναγία Τουρλιανή), founded in 1542 and renovated in 1767, has interesting architecture (note the bell tower) and houses a small museum. The interior is worth a visit for its magnificent marble bell tower. It's also worth a visit for its wooden iconostasis and beautiful icons, including one of the Virgin, protector of Mykonos. It's also a cautionary place: note the "Do not ring the bells" sign at the entrance...
