Along the caldera, still a fantastic view of the volcano. Nikos Poyliasis and Vasilis Zacharakis reinvent the gastronomic landscape, with a family cuisine but a little bit of a deluge: Foam foam, revisiting mushrooms, lemon spaghetti, sushi sushi, and finally a moss of halva Macedonian.
