Atypical restaurant located in the north of Fira. The challenge of the Argo restaurant is to combine the traditional flavors of Santorini, or more broadly of the Mediterranean, with other types of produce from elsewhere to create unique dishes. A super gastronomy that allows you to familiarize yourself with the original flavors of fava (split pea purée), white eggplant, and patatina - a specialty that mixes eggs and potatoes - among others. The place has a terrace with an impressive view.
