With its sublime view over the caldera from the slopes of the village of Oia, Petra is the perfect restaurant for a honeymoon. The cuisine? Greek gastronomy revisited with a successful experimental touch. Here's an extract from the tasting menu: calamari with pistachio, lobster with leeks and lemongrass, prawns with wild mushrooms served in their own bisque, trout with onions and pickled celery, monkfish with celeriac, truffle and bergamot, honey ice cream... All served with sublime paired wines. A real firework display!
