The Akrogiali tavern spreads out its small tables directly on the beach of Pera Gialos, facing the imposing rock of the medieval castle and the heights of Chora: if only for this exceptional setting, you'll be delighted to have dined here at least once during your stay! In terms of gastronomy, the menu doesn't offer anything out of the ordinary, but simple, comforting fare: nothing better to recover from a hard day's vacation. You'll come for the family atmosphere at the end of the day and the romantic ambience in the evening.

Υπέροχη γαριδομακαροναδα,φοβεροί χταποδοκεφτεδες,ωραιο τηγανισμα στα καλαμαρακια και ίσως τα καλύτερα ντολμαδάκια που έχουμε φάει ποτε.Αναμεσα σε άλλα εστιατορια που επισκέφθηκαμε στο νησί αυτό ήταν το αγαπημένο μας,

Πολύ κακό φαγητό, το ψητό χταπόδι μύριζε απαίσια, το δώσαμε πίσω κι οχι μονο το χρέωσαν κανονικά, αλλά δεν ήρθε κανένας υπεύθυνος να ρωτήσει ποιο ήταν το πρόβλημα. Τα καλαμαράκια κάκιστα. Γενικά πιάτα κάτω του μετρίου εκτός απ τα Ρεβίθια φούρνου, που ηταν νόστιμα. Οι τιμές υψηλές. Ο σερβιτόρος ευγενεστατος, αλλά δεν αρκούσε.

Very good food. We ordered dolmadakia, grilled octopus and seafood orzo and everything was amazing, in particular dolmadakia! Clean place, good service.
