A really nice hotel! Lovely hosts and extremely nice stuff. The rooms are completely new and well designed. The location is next to the center of Arkasa, so you can easily walk there. We really enjoyed our stay and our little Noah as well! Highly recommended!

In one word horrible! Do not go here! The room was old, outdated and had black mold in the shower and the sink, the smell in the room was awful. Lot of things were broken and dirty. Booked a room with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi didn’t work! During our 10 day stay we reported this several times but it was never fixed. So we paid for something that they advertise with but doesn’t even works. The owner was not helpful and we didn’t feel welcome anymore as guest, totally ruined our expensive holiday. Our travel agency told us they had received many complaints from other guests as well about this hotel and the owner. They refunded our entire holiday, so you can imagine how bad it was. When we checked out, the owner didn’t even asked us how our holiday was but just said: oke bye, how dare you! Do not go here, many other hotels in the island which are much better.
