Quite how a hotel, it is precisely the fact of being very large property for only 4 apartments, with private pool which is remarkable! The very well equipped and comfortable (the bedding is very pleasant!), decorated with taste. The property is large and very well maintained. Towels and sheets are changed very frequently. International clientele, peaceful arrival for rest and relaxation! Large room, numerous facilities, very bright. The apartment is well organised with all amenities to feel at home: fully equipped, (special mention for the espresso machine!), decorated with African colours, furniture of high custom-made. The bedding is very comfortable, so good night's sleep repairer! Everything is very clean and neat. Christina, the maid takes care to keep the place clean. The hotel services are impeccable. Costas and Lionel are are very available and bend over backwards to help their guests. Personally, I prefer to avoid large crowds and the too hot season, thus before season (from May when the pool is put in the water) and the back season (sometimes until at the end of October) is exceptional: a superb sunshine, a very pleasant light, ancient pool, beach and great for yourself (almost) all alone! Difficult to make a good choice in the offer of catering for tourists. Fortunately, Costas and Lionel recommend some good addresses and if you are coming from their part, the quality of the reception will be guaranteed! Special mention for the fresh orange juice Castello (in the village of Kefalos) and for Agios Theologos restaurant with its terrace on the beach, impressive and delicious! (especially mezzes) I did not know Greece and I admit have been very surprised by the diversity of the landscape on the island of Kos. The village of Kefalos is 5 minutes by car: ideal to have breakfast at the terrace (all the more welcoming reception if you come on behalf of Costas!). You should expect a car for more facilities but no long distances to do: mini-markets, restaurants, cafes, bakery, bars. Mile of fine sand spread over a 10 minute drive... The airport is about 20 km Kos, the capital is 40 km away. The bay of Kefalos is at the western end but it is certainly the most beautiful part of the island! It is very easy to plan to visit the neighbouring islands (the volcano of Nysiros or beautiful Kalymnos), for one or several days. Ask Lionel and Costas all explanations and good addresses! Huge favourite for this pool ideally set in the heart of the property: overflow pool, sea views, deck chairs for sunbathing itself in the sun, immersed beach and, the icing on the cake: jets which allow counter-current for sporty or with a massage tonic personally (: I choose the second version!).
