For years, Manolis has been filling its restaurant every night of the season, and it's not only because it has the necessary bagou to pick up visitors on their sailboats... Regular visitors also continue to climb the small streets of the village to enjoy a generous risotto or a grilled fish. Here, the cuisine is copious and friendly, with a slightly more sought-after ambition than the average.
