The museum is housed in the old medieval arsenal, on the pretty square where a peaceful Byzantine fountain stands. It presents the typical craftsmanship of the Dodecanese and Rhodes islands in a series of rooms that recreate a traditional Rhodian house from the Ottoman period. In these beautiful interiors, you will notice the famous plates of Rhodes, with characteristic motifs, as well as the traditional costumes of the islands of Symi, Karpathos, Nissiros or Tilos.
