This luxury hotel opened its doors in May 2023, and its first season was a success. It has all the hallmarks of Cook's Club establishments: sleek, contemporary design, in the boho chic vein that has become so popular in recent years; professional, welcoming service; spacious, comfortable rooms; an ideal location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach, and in the unspoilt foothills of the mountain that shelters the monastery... Calm and luxury reign here: this is an adults-only hotel.

We loved everything about Cook‘s Club. Great price, great rooms, you can even book a shower room before going to the airport. Very friendly staff, English and German speaking. 100% recommended!

Am petrecut o vacanta frumoasa in acest resort. Fiind o locatie adult only, am apreciat lipsa galagiei in mod deosebit :).
Camere curate, servire exemplara, zambet pe fata personalului, incepand cu personalul de curatenie si terminand cu personalul din restaurante.
A fost o experienta frumoasa.

Very disappointing and over priced. it’s started with a special charge when checking in, they call it “tourist tax” even though booking was very clear and noted that there wont be any extra charges on arrival. Surprisingly the other two hotel we stayed at did not charge us this extra tax. Then we had no hot water in the shower and we were having problems with our room main door, someone did come to fix it but didn’t really do anything so We’ve asked for a different room and they agreed but it was pretty clear that they are being annoyed by us.
And finally the most important thing, Bad bad service! Grumpy crew faces and bad attitude! The worst of them were the bar team in the main area, who was very unpleasant and rude. The only nice stuff were at the restaurant-breakfast one. When we checked out the guy won’t even ask us how was our staying, he just gave us the bill and asked for his money and moved on to the next person. some of the hotel employees don’t realize people work very hard to go on those holidays, so at least put on a smile when we ask for a basic service.

We have just come to the end of a week's stay here at Cooks Club.
We loved our time here.
The staff are all very attentive & polite. Only the room service phone calls we made were a little off in comparison, but nothing to worry about.
The hotel is situated kind of in the middle of nowhere, kolymbia Beach is 10 mins walk & is a little stoney but beautiful for the sunrise. There's a supermarket next door to the hotel & a couple of low budget restaurants.
The main part of the town of kolymbia is a 25-minute walk & you can find loads of souvenir shops & your typical brits abroad, a bit like a mini strip you'd expect in benidorm.
The best restaurant we ate outside of the hotel in kolymbia was called liminaki, a fish restaurant right by the sea, it was so beautiful you have to visit it.
We spent most of our time at the pool by the asain restaurant, we prefered it over the smaller "main pool".
The staff at both pool bars were lovely, always smiling & chatty, which considering their uniform is all black in 33°c heat, working long shifts, you have to applaud them ????????
For some reason at the "main pool" bar you can buy a beer which always came in a large tumbler, but at the other pool bar, the same priced beer came in a medium sized tumbler, bit strange.
I had a couple mojitos whilst here & for the price, you'd expect bigger glasses. You'd end up spending a fortune if you drank them at a normal pace.
It would be cool if they had a pool table by the bar. There's plenty of room for one. Also, the gym could do with a pull-up bar & dip bar. A few larger weight plates would be ideal too.
Entertainment was a very good standard. The saxophonist & trumpet gig was great & so was the band with the woman vocalist.
We ate from both restaurants, Asian & Italian.
The Asian was pleasant, again staff lovely, food really nice, but just expensive for the amount you got. I do probably eat a bit more than the average person, but my dinner felt like it was a bit of a snack size. Also, the tereyaki sesame chicken wings would be better cooked in the sauce rather than plain wings that you dip in the sauce.
The white wine is well over priced for the standard you get. White wine was very limited at the hotel for some reason.
It probably sounds like I'm being picky, but I'm just sharing our experince honestly & making suggestions that may make the hotel better, in my opinion.
Overall, the hotel is a winner, beautiful surroundings, fantastic customer service, great rooms & facilities, no kids & decent food.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and very modern.
The service, from the kitchen staff to the cleaners and bar staff, was top notch!
You have to get up early to get a sunbed, despite the no-reservation policy (not really respected). We still managed to get one every day.
The breakfast is varied and the half-board formula is with a set menu that varies every day.
The hotel is perhaps a little isolated (few restaurants and bars in the vicinity); it is necessary to hire a car to explore the island.
A very good experience! We will recommend it to our friends.
