This gastronomic restaurant located within the Eliotel offers a subtle blend of gastronomic cuisine and Auvergne flavours. In a modern setting, it is an excellent address to spend a good time near the city of Thiers. Chef Sébastien Calmels took over the management of the kitchens in the summer of 2019 and proposes elaborate and modern dishes. It relies on local products: pork from the Massif Central, poultry from Auvergne and meat from Salers. The sabayon that accompanies the oysters au gratin is made with Saint-Pourçain. The service, although of quality and attentive to the needs of the customers, was a little long to serve while the room was full; only small flat for this restaurant of quality.
