PERNERA VEGAN RESTAURANT
A young Greek man and a young Turkish woman teamed up to set up this vegan restaurant-grocery which, in just a few years, has become a Skala landmark. Everything is fresh: the kitchen uses only local, organic and seasonal produce. Whether it's for a light brunch or lunch, or a traditional dish or a more hearty, inventive evening meal, everything is tasty. Respect for the environment is everywhere: organic and fair-trade groceries, glass bottles, recycled packaging... The setting is very pleasant, in a pretty courtyard planted with trees: an initiative worth supporting!
