Chef Theologos Kaniaros has set up this restaurant, one of the best on the island, overlooking the Skala marina. True to the principles of the slow-food movement, the chef works with only the finest, freshest local produce. He revisits traditional Greek cuisine and adds a touch of originality, without ever sinking into pretentious creativity that could spoil the beautiful simplicity of his tasty products. The large, elevated terrace is particularly pleasant on balmy summer nights. An experience not to be missed.

We had almost every appetiser!!! Katafi prawns, saganaki, Patmos salad, homemade kebab, fried calamari, grilled vegetables, chicken pasta( I cannot remember the word in Greek), and the goat special of the day!!! All phenomenal!!!
