BRASSERIE GAÏA BIÈRE DU SANCY
Honey beer, gentian beer... no doubt, these are Auvergne beers. Xavier Condroyer founded his brewery in Picherande about ten years ago. A location that allows him to use spring water to brew, a great plus as far as the quality of the beers is concerned. All the recipes are designed by the brewer. He takes as much care in imagining them as in choosing the raw materials. Organic farming and short circuit are among his criteria. The whole brewing process is environmentally friendly. It is possible to discover the brewer's secrets by visiting the brewery. The visit ends with... a tasting!
