Loukas Mailer and Akis Bletsogiannis have transformed this traditional kafeneion into a gourmet address in the alleys of Myrina. They know the unique quality of the products of Lemnos, which they work admirably in the kitchen: they prepare and harvest themselves even the essentials such as bread, salt, herbs (thyme, capers, oregano), as well as olives and cheeses. The result is a simple, authentic, high quality cuisine with local flavors. The menu changes daily, with an emphasis on fish dishes.

Περιμέναμε πολλά αλλά απογοητευτήκαμε πολύ. Αγενέστατοι όλοι. Οι τιμές υπερβολικές!

You do have to wait since the place is so popular, but the staff makes you feel welcomed and some people were ordering drinks while they wait, which was nice.
You don’t have to wait for the food as it comes in a timely manner.
The tarama and the tarama butter were great. The steamed mussels had incredible sauce. The orizo pasta was probably our favorite dish.
What we didn’t like was the eggplant salad, the vinegar was a lot and maybe it will be nice to have a head up that it’s a sour dish.
The bougue fishes were a bit bland, but with a nice sauce.
It will be nice to know how large the portions are, because some of them can be shared between two or three people.
Overall we did have a nice experience.

Θα μπορουσε να εχει πιο λογικες τιμες.
Οσο ήμαστε στη Λήμνο επισκεφθηκαμε δύο φορές! Ο,τι δοκιμάσαμε μας ικανοποίησε πλήρως!
