This very nice café is an address not to be missed in Moudros. You can enjoy a delicious local breakfast with lalangites, the fritters of Lemnos served either sweet, with honey, or salty, with local cheese and oregano. Also try the Lemnian croque-madame, kaplamas, served with local melichloro on special Lemnos bread, mavragani . There are many traditional flavors of Lemnos to discover, which you can buy in the grocery store. In the evening, we come for the aperitif: the wine list gives pride of place to local labels.
