VAFIOS

This traditional tavern is located in the small village of Vafios, in the hinterland of Molyvos, which can be seen from the large shaded terrace. Under the olive trees you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Aegean and the sunset in the evening. The recipes prepared here continue a long family tradition. Among the specialties: veal giouvetsi served with small pasta, chilopites, roasted lamb stuffed with rice, raisins and orange peel or many vegetarian mezzes, including sougania, stuffed onions.
