The Meltemi café will be one of your best options for an evening drink in Chora. In the heart of the village, its large elevated terrace offers a magical view of Chora and the surrounding area, all the way to the sea in the distance. You can meet there to have an aperitif in the light of the end of the day or later to watch the lights of the kastro and the village waking up after dark. It is a bit of an institution in Samothrace that has been maintained for decades, with the same enthusiasm. The menu is simple, with a good homemade lemonade.
