Restaurant Le Confluent has become Bistro des Combrailles. Behind this transformation is Rémi Bernard. Here, the cuisine is homemade and seasonal, and the menu changes every week. For starters, the cold buffet is very appealing, but you can also ask for a hot appetizer. We continue with a dish of the day and a dessert of the day.
