Beaches of Marmakas in the north, Kourvoulia with coves and Limenia located in Frikes
Marmakas beach is located north of Frikes. It owes its name to its seabed covered with white pebbles that look like small pieces of marble that glisten in the sun. Nearby is the islet of Agios Nikolaos. When the waters are withdrawn, a sandy beach separates the coast in two, creating a kind of lagoon. Otherwise, Kourvoulia includes small coves near the road connecting Frikes and Kioni, accessible by paths, but without facilities. Finally, the beach of Limenia is accessible by a path from the village or by boat.
