The Vassilis tavern is well placed facing the horizon: a road separates it from the sea. For thirty years, Vassilis prepared fresh fish and delicious ready meals. Now, even if the patriarch's first name has remained, it is now the turn of his son Kostas, who has become the worthy guardian of the tradition. He took up the torch with dishes such as fish cooked in the orange and dill oven or his fresh lobster. Everything is well done. It is by far among the best establishments, which justifies its price. Excellent service, pleasant.

Probably the best restaurant in Paxos. The entrances are particularly delicious, modernizing and subliaising traditional Greek products (anchovy anchovies and sumptuous citrus fruits). Very good food. To do absolutely.
