Cependant.. Plusieurs choses n’allaient pas, cela ne correspondait pas du tout aux images montrées sur plusieurs sites comme Booking et même le site de l’hôtel ! Les chambres sont bas de gamme et les matelas sont dures!
Ensuite un des réceptionnistes est d’une incompétence que je n’ai jamais vu de ma vie!
Je viens vers lui 2x pour des choses simples (eaux en chambre car eau non potable au robinet ) et réchauffer un plat… ce dernier me répond sèchement (en me snobant) en m’envoyant balader à l’extérieur, on est dans un HÔTEL 4 étoiles tout de même , des clients paient des prestations et de cet établissement il n’y en avaient aucunes !
Si vous voulez vous loger à Zakynthos town passez votre chemin.
Mention spéciale à la réceptionniste également qui a été très gentille et souriante !!
I’d like to point out the breakfast. It was very good and delicious. We had a large choice of everything. Bacon and omelette were first class.
If you are staying here for 1-3 nights, it’s a very good option
