The Auberge des Roux has been located between Thiers and Puy-Guillaume since 1982. We like to have lunch there on Sundays, for example before a walk to the lake of St Rémy-sur-Durolle, not far from here. The son of the founders took over the reins of the company in 2006. The dishes served smell of Auvergne tradition, right up to the apple pump! A fine selection of regional wines accompanies the meal. The room offers a beautiful view of the Limagne plain through its bay windows. For your group meals at home, the chef offers the Rapoutet thiernois to take away, a speciality of the inn, a variation of the Auvergne potée.

Closed from December 23rd to January 10th. From 10 July to the start of the school year: open every day except Monday and Tuesday. In winter: open from Friday noon to Sunday noon. During the week on reservation, and for a minimum of 12 people. Reservation recommended. Menus from 17 € to 22 €. Children's menu: 10 €. Holiday vouchers, Restaurant vouchers. Reception of groups. Takeaway sale.

Convivialité

Menus diversifiés et de bonnes qualités. Services comme nous en aimerions plus a savoir sans tralala, juste du pur et du nature un moment que nous avons partagé entre amis et famille. A recommander . Merci a Mickaël pour son sens de l'humour et ce petit truc en plus qui font les gens que l'on n'oublie pas. Bravo a tous pour ce restaurant que l'on conseil et où vous reviendrons avec bonheur.
