Campground located at the southern end of Laganas Bay with shaded plots

Why its name? Because, in early summer, you can sometimes see turtles in the crystal clear water... The site includes a pleasant tavern, with a beautiful location, and extends to a narrow pebble beach. The campsite is located at the southern end of the bay of Laganas on a well maintained site with many olive trees, some old and gnarled. Even in high season, shady plots should be available and there is always enough distance to your camping neighbour.

Wer das Besondere sucht wird bei diesem Campingplatz fündig. Dieser versteckte, in vielen Terrasen an einem Hang angelegte Platz bietet ein Ambiente vom Campen in der freien Natur, das so selten zu finden ist. Und doch wird uns in der Werbung für Caravaning dies als normal vorgegaukelt.

This camping is under beautiful olive trees, terrain is pretty difficult, for campers, our is 7 m long and we hardly found the place. The terrain is pretty steep and the road to this camp is very narrow for all campers. Camp is based on very steep terrace terrain, so the road trough the camp is narrow, winding and steep. I say this camp is OK for tents and vans and perhaps for smaller campers with good drivers! The staff is very kind and the taverna is on very nice location. They also have a big washing machine up to 15 kg, you pay for one use 4€ which is very good price. If you are parked on upper terrain there is a long hilly way to the beach. The toilettes and showers are new and clean.
