Newly renovated, rare and inexpensive suites offering fully equipped rooms
Recently renovated, only 4 suites but very select, elegant, in ochre tones and a minimalist decor. In a luxurious neighbourhood, opposite the beach, the rooms are perfectly equipped with a kitchenette, a plasma screen and a Coco-Mat bedding to soften the nights. The larger suites are larger with a small lounge and there is even a real "villa" for 4 hidden from view. Each suite has its own private balcony with a view of the sea and tranquility. Places are scarce and a little expensive.

Dimitri provided good internet connection
After booking three nights in the Botanic suites we wanted to extend our stay in the Beach suites and wanted to stay an additional night. He showed us the room at the beach place and we wanted to move there immediately. With reference to his GTC, an additional 3 nights stay claiming and without any emphasis for customer service Dimitri just refused this. For suites in this price range a reference to GTC in the middle of nowhere in Greece regarding a such simple customer request is alienating and such a customer service is quite bad.
If it were about the additional cleaning costs, we would have been happy to pay it.
Dimitri is obviously very fussy in first place (which doesn’t work out in high price range), obviously having no understanding for first class customer service.
