This loop at the bottom of the gorge deserves a souvenir photo.

The meander of Queuille has that something which marks the spirit. Is it the name of the rocky promontory that overlooks it, known as the Paradis de Queuille? Or the harmonious rounding of the river below, reminiscent of Amazonian landscapes? The view on the valley, 200 meters below, cannot leave indifferent. The Sioule river traces a blue lace in the middle of green forests, and forms the peninsula of Murat. As pretty as inaccessible, this loop at the bottom of the gorges deserves a souvenir photo! An unmissable break on your itinerary in Combrailles!

À couper le souffle !

Ce panorama vaut largement le détour et mériterai à être bien plus connu. Nous nous y sommes arrêtés à notre retour de road trip en Centre Val de Loire, et c'est probablement la plus belle qui nous ai été donné de voir pendant ce séjour.

Originality

Le méandre de Queuille est situé près de l'église de Queuille. On y voit la Sioule qui serpente entre les collines et offre un magnifique paysage. On se croirait ailleurs tant le paysage est inhabituel. Le site est bien indiqué qui plus est sur la route.
