I rented a property with Happy House Rentals for three years and they were marvellous, couldn't be happier to recommend them. They responded immediately if there was an issue at my flat, acted as a fair and considerate middleman between me and the landlord, and made my residence completely stress free. I left as I moved abroad and when I return to Prague I will only rent with HHR, they have an excellent property portfolio and brilliant staff. Do yourself a favour and rent via this company.

Realitní kancelář prokázala naprostou profesionalitu ve všech směrech. Jejich makléř, Josef Tichý, odvedl výjimečnou práci, byl vždy k dispozici a ochotně a trpělivě mi odpovídal na všechny dotazy. S takovým přístupem se setkávám jen zřídka. Vřele doporučuji!

Prima zkušenost s touto realitní kanceláří. Paní Andrea Vihanová je skvělá profesionálka, s níž se báječně jedná. I když šlo o prodej obyčejného malého bytu v panelovém domě, žádné výjimečné nemovitosti. Skvělé jsou též doprovodné služby, inzerce, fotografická dokumentace, právní služby a poradenství. Rozhodně doporučuji.
