We visited a house twice and we were very interested with my partner. The agent had undertaken to provide us with a detailed offer as soon as possible, but 7 days later we had still not received anything. So we contacted her again. Following this, we wrote back to get details of the charges the owner was asking for, but there... still no response after 7 days. So we decided to give up and go through a more serious agency.

We understand that sometimes the owners are not so responsive, but it would have been polite to write to us or call us to keep us informed... especially 15 days before moving in.
