This is not a complaint, only a suggestion! Valet service is very convenient since parking can be difficult in bigger cities and seeing the city's beautiful sites require lots of walking. However, the valet service does park the car a few blocks up the road and proved a little bit difficult with all of our luggage and bags. A cart/ luggage trolley would have been helpful to/from the hotel from the lot. This in no way took away from the brilliance of this hotel, and is only a small suggestion!
We will be back, and will always stay here! Will forever recommend! Thank you Hotel Praha!
Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, kamer in oude stijl, goed bed.
Wij zijn tevreden
I like to sit in bed and plug my phone in so I can have a Google map. There were no plug sockets next to the bed. There was no long length mirror.
You can have the best view in the world at a hotel but I've stayed in cheaper hotels that have made me more happy.
- Given a smaller room than what I booked. Corrected when I complained so not a big deal but make sure you check what you really should be getting.
- Walls razor thin. Could clearly hear conversations going on in other rooms or the hallway or even outside.
- My building had no elevator and required a good 2 minutes of walking from the entrance, through 3 locked doors, around multiple hallways and passages, and up 3 flights of stairs.
- wifi connection basically unusable even for simple tasks like checking email or maps. My phone couldn’t connect at all. My computer was better off using my phones data tethering.
- Breakfast in the Mozart Cafe was included but the food was GOD AWFUL and I skipped going there after the first morning. Even the coffee was burnt and undrinkable despite it coming from a machine.
- Given a remote to the thermostat but it didn’t seem to work, had to play with multiple boiler dials instead. Room way too hot first time walking in.
- Given a discount card for like 10 eateries or bars but their google review ratings are all 2/5. Lets you know everything is definitely an ownership issue.
