Buonissimo Hotel comode e pulite le stanze (unico problema le stanze troppo calde) ,staff molto gentile chiesto cuscino più duro accontentarlo. Colazione da migliorare poca varieta se vai sul salato ok ma se mangi dolce cosi cosi. Consigliato alla grande.

Sehr freundlicher Service, einwandfreie Zimmer, Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Hervorragende, warme Mahlzeiten im Restaurant. Nicht von den Fotos irritieren lassen, es existiert kein Schwimmbad im Hotel.

Had an absolute Blast staying at Hotel Carol. We were there for a longer weekend to visit a local festival and the welcome we got in Hotel Carol was superb. Matej, our receptionist was super swift, even gave us a free upgrade to a room with balcony as I am a smoker and made an already great weekend in Prague get its cherry on top. Absolutely can recommend!

My partner and I spent a weekend at the hotel, and we loved it from the first moment we arrived! The receptionist, Matéj, was endlessly kind and upgraded our reservation so we had our own balcony with a wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay there, I can only recommend it!

Dobrý deň,
ďakujeme celému tímu hotela Carol za krásne 4 dni u Vás počas koncertu Depeche Mode. To, že hotel podriadil všetko tejto udalosti je neskutočné - drink pod názvom "Depeche Mode", hudba, veľmi sme si to užili. Ďakujeme chlapcom na recepcii, ktorí sú milí, vtipní, pohotoví a veľmi profesionálni. Žiaľ neviem meno mladého pána recepčného, ktorý nás vo štvrtok vítal, ale na jeho vtipné a milé privítanie budeme dlho spomínať. A taktiež ďakujeme recepčnému p. Karlovi, ktorý je veľmi charizmatický a pekne sa s nami na záver rozlúčil. Ďakujeme tímu v reštaurácii, že sa o nás pekne starali pri raňajkách. Radi sa do hotela Carol vrátime, je veľmi vidieť, že pán riaditeľ dáva hotelu nový smer. Želáme veľa spokojných klientov. Tatiana & Rasťo zo Slovenska
